From what day can the WEB be used to buy tickets or to load balance with packs?
The sale of personal packs is now available through our website. In mid-October, the ticket redemption begins.

On what day can I buy tickets at the box office?
From the first day of the festival (24th October) you can buy tickets at the ticket offices of the Aribau Multicines (Sala 5) and Aribau Club 1 and 2 cinemas.
What are the sales channels?
You can buy tickets on our website or at the cinema box office.
If you want to buy tickets in advance, you can only do so through our website: personal packs are already available and simple tickets will go on sale in mid-October.
We will open the box office on the first day of the festival.
How do I buy tickets and packs online?
In the upper right corner of any screen of our website you will find an icon shaped like a person that will take you to the page from which you will access your account. We have our own new ticketing system, so even if you have already used a user in other editions, you will have to register again (“I’m a new user”). We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Your old account is still valid for IN-EDIT TV, of course.
Once you have created it you will be able to access your account with your email address and password, and buy tickets, packs or redeem tickets.
Remember that you must always print your tickets or show them on your mobile to access the rooms and protect the QR code that appears on the ticket.
My username is incorrect. How do I access my account?
The In-Edit Festival has its own new ticketing system.
Even if you have used a user in past editions, you will need to create a new account on our website (top right). We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we think it will be worth it! Oh, and your old account is still valid for IN-EDIT TV.
Do I have to print my ticket at home?
You can show your ticket on your smartphone, but check that the document is opened correctly and have it ready before entering.
Remember that the proof of purchase does NOT serve as an entry, you must download the PDF.
To avoid other problems, such as your mobile not having a battery, we recommend you bring the printed entry, with the QR code at hand.
Do I have to print each entry?
For each purchased or redeemed ticket you must print and/or save each PDF document on your Smartphone.
With so many tickets, so many prints / documents: do not confuse the tickets you take to the cinema, we do not want to displease you if the ticket does not coincide with the session. In the header of each entry are all the identifying data.
Are the entries numbered?
No. If you accept a tip, come to the cinemas a little before the start of the screening, so you can choose the best seats.
How can I attend the opening gala?
The Opening Gala is a special session attended by Festival guests and sponsors. However, there is usually a quota of tickets on sale.
Tickets for the Opening Gala will be on sale on our website in mid-October. It is also included in all packs (Basic, Medium, Large and Fan).
How can I attend the closing gala?
Tickets for the Closing Gala will be on sale on our website in mid-October. They are also included in all packs (Basic, Medium, Large and Fan).
I can’t go to a session of which I bought tickets, can I change the ticket at the box office?
No. The facilities that the Festival proposes you with this variety of systems to obtain tickets implies a very careful control of the capacity of the halls. Therefore, as in a normal cinema, we can not make refunds or changes.
Can I run out of tickets because of web sales?
No. There is a quota of tickets that we reserve for sale at the box office, available from 26 October. We also have customers who prefer to visit us.
In the programming grid you will be able to check the status of each session and if there are tickets available “online”, only at the box office or if they are sold out.
