It is a unique festival, which brings together the best of the audio-visual and musical sectors in the same meeting point, but with its own identity and its own label. A territory of its own that has turned IN-EDIT into a benchmark brand, with a unique communicative profile, wide media coverage and significant economic and social gains.

To fulfil this mission, IN-EDIT is present as a Film Festival (in multiple countries), distributor, rights manager, producer, video-on-demand web platform and in any other way that could contribute to the achievement of its objectives.

OBJECTIVES

To increase the public’s interest in audio-visual formats based on the musical documentary and create new viewers (young people) focusing on the universality of music as a thematic axis.

To facilitate access to Music Documentaries, tackling the challenges inherent to its genre outside of conventional commercial circuits.

To provide additional information regarding artists, generations and musical trends in an audio-visual format.

To bring the public closer to the directors and leading artists of the films, and to go as far as promoting dialogue with them.

To boost the audio-visual market, in which film directors, distributors, screening venues and the recording industry can harness a business opportunity.

To promote the creation of National musical documentary films.

To provide a platform where producers and distributors can present their premieres.

To screen national documentaries at IN-EDIT’s different international venues, spurring the exchange of documentaries.

To promote a meeting point where professionals from different disciplines and countries have the opportunity to meet, show their films and exchange experiences.

To generate, through the Festival’s parallel activities, a forum for debate and reflection of interest to the film and music industry and the synergy between the two.
