An in-depth look at the career of Rudi Protrudi and his life’s great project, The Fuzztones, the legendary NY band that spearheaded the garage revival of the 80s with their debut album, Lysergic Emanations. After 17 lineup changes and countless labels and albums, the camera interrogates this veteran of psychedelic punk on the occasion of his recent tour of Spain. It’s been four decades of adventures and misadventures for that Pennsylvania boy who found his passion in Chuck Berry and monster movies and who now, at over 70, plans to die rocking lasciviously on stage.
