C.Tangana - In-Edit Gijón

First Edition of In-Edit Gijón

From September 6 to 8, featuring C. Tangana, Blur, and the classic Jazz on a Summer’s Day as the main attractions.

This coming September, we will celebrate the first edition of In-Edit Gijón, a festival born in collaboration with the Gijón City Council with the clear ambition to expand its programming in the coming years. In-Edit Gijón will kick off with the free, open-air screening of three films in Espigón Central de Fomento, from September 6 to 8.

In-Edit Gijón will include in its programming two of the most outstanding documentaries from past In-Edit editions: Esta ambición desmedida – the thrilling and intimate behind-the-scenes documentary on C. Tangana’s Sin Cantar Ni Afinar tour, and Jazz on a Summer’s Day – the restored version of the delightful recording of the Newport Jazz Festival held in 1958. It will also premiere Blur: To the End – the definitive documentary about Damon Albarn’s band.
