If you are between 18 and 25 years old, don’t miss the 9th edition of Talent, the training workshop for the creation of musical documentary short films organized by the In-Edit Festival, in collaboration with the Cruïlla Festival, AVisual, and the Reteena Festival.
The free training workshop consists of:
Training sessions covering topics on the musical documentary, screenwriting, filming, and music rights management in audiovisual media, led by experts and specialists in the various fields such as Toni L. Querol, artistic director and programming manager of the In-Edit Festival, Raul Marin, director of Creatibety, artist manager and IP&IT lawyer, Maria Castellví, PhD in communication, professor and researcher, and programming director of the Reteena Festival, and Joan López Lloret, film director and screenwriter; in addition to technical sessions by AVisual.
Filming of short films at the Cruïlla Festival: Participants will have the opportunity to shoot two documentary short films with two of the bands participating in the festival.
Open call: from June 8 to June 21, 2026, with limited places.
Selection results and communication to participants: Monday, June 29.
Training sessions: Saturday July 4 and Sunday July 5 at AVisual (Barcelona).
Short film shooting: Wednesday July 8 at the Cruïlla Festival (Barcelona).
Screening and presentation of the short films: Friday October 30 at In-Edit Barcelona.
