MORITZ presenta: La Barcelona de los 90’s
Moritz and In-Edit join forces to offer a selection of new music documentaries closely linked to the cultural and social evolution of the city that saw us born. This special section brings together four documentaries that transport us to the Barcelona of the decade that forever transformed the city. Beyond the Olympics and large-scale urban projects, these were also years of musical turbulence. We will see two films about iconic venues, both in the Poblenou neighborhood: the now-vanished Garatge (home to the alternative and punk scene) and A Saco (the ultimate indie temple). We will also enjoy two complementary perspectives on makina music as a musical genre and as a social phenomenon that spread throughout the country.
