In the heart of the Raval neighborhood, amidst the light and shadows of the iconic Robadors Street, a unique live music venue has survived for over two decades. 23 Robadors is a haven for jazz and flamenco, and a true landmark of Barcelona’s cultural scene. Blending live performances with testimonies from its founders, staff, and musicians, this medium-length film reveals the human story that has breathed life into this intimate stage, where community and experiences are built night after night. Beyond the music, it reflects the reality of a street filled with contrasts, as well as the daily struggle to preserve an independent cultural project against the economic, social, and urban challenges of our time.
