Accessibility of the Screening Rooms

The screening rooms are equipped with accessibility features such as stairlifts, elevators, and seats reserved for wheelchair users.

Mooby Aribau Rooms 1 to 4

  • Access to these rooms is available via elevator.
  • Accessible restrooms are located on the street-level floor.
  • Each room has two seats reserved for wheelchair users.

Mooby Aribau Room 5

  • Access to Room 5 is via a stairlift with a maximum weight limit of 300 kg.
  • Accessible restrooms are available in Rooms 1–4, located directly across from Room 5.
  • The wheelchair spaces are located in the aisle.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

No, tickets, ticket packs, and passes cannot be refunded or exchanged once purchased. Please make sure you purchase tickets for the correct screening and carefully review all redemption options available with the Festival’s ticket packs and passes.

The flexibility offered by the Festival through its various ticketing options requires very careful venue capacity management. Therefore, as with a regular cinema, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

 

By purchasing Festival passes and ticket packs, you will not only benefit from a significant discount on the final price, but you will also be able to redeem them for tickets with priority access during a 48-hour period on September 29 and 30, before individual tickets go on sale.

This priority redemption period is only available for ticket packs and passes purchased before October 1.

Ticket packs and passes are already on sale and can be redeemed for tickets up until the final day of the Festival, with priority access on September 29 and 30.

Once redemption becomes available, please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to any screening.
  2. Click BUY and enter your code in the DISCOUNT CODE field before selecting your tickets.
  3. Once the code has been validated, click CONTINUE. You will need to log in or create a new account.
  4. Finally, click CONTINUE again. You may complete your order or continue redeeming tickets until all available tickets included in your pack or pass have been used.

You will never lose access to tickets altogether, but specific screenings may sell out.

A particular screening may become fully booked, but the Festival guarantees that tickets will remain available for other screenings. This is why ticket packs and passes include priority redemption on September 29 and 30, helping ensure that you can select the screenings that interest you most.

Please remember that if you have purchased a ticket pack or pass, or if you hold an accreditation, it must first be redeemed for tickets to specific screenings. A pass or accreditation that has not been redeemed for individual screenings does not grant access to the cinema.

Individual tickets will be available from October 1. 

You can purchase individual tickets, ticket packs, and passes through Codetickets or via our website. Individual tickets may also be purchased at the cinema box office.

Ticket packs and passes cannot be purchased or redeemed at the box office.

From October 29 onward, tickets will also be available at the box offices of Aribau Multicines. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website.

From 30 minutes before the first screening until the start of the final screening of the day.

 

You may present your ticket on your smartphone, but please make sure the document opens correctly and have it ready before entering the venue.
