We travel back to the Castelldefels of the 1980s and 90s to uncover the memory of Chusma Lokal, a pioneering, transgressor, and truly unique artistic collective. Born amidst fanzines, comics, murals, and the sneaky squatting of a space in the city’s castle, it eventually established itself as a musical group as well. Through a rich visual iconography—animations, graffiti, and Super 8 recordings—the film traces the evolution of a countercultural phenomenon that defined an era nationwide. Featuring testimonies from members of bands like Subterranean Kids or Miseria y Kompañía, alongside figures from the punk and anarchist movement such as writer and activist Joni D or actor David Fernández, it celebrates the authenticity of a project that left an underground mark as explosive as the fuse bomb it wore as its emblem.
