The intimate and combative journey of an accidental filmmaker and musician committed to defending the Ebro Delta region (Terres de l’Ebre). After decades filming the local struggles of the territory, he channels his voice through the group Los Sirgadors to bring to life a style as unique as “jota & blues”—a visceral chant to sublimate the memory and suffering of his people. Told through a first-person narrative, the film connects two deltas and two lighthouses united by the fragility of their wetlands, ecological alarms, and the precariousness of artistic creation. With visual aesthetics of great beauty and a narrative style far from conventional canons, the documentary brings a torrent of effervescent thought to the screen, bypassing bitterness to deliver a warm, luminous, and vitalist portrait.
