For the fourth consecutive year, In-Edit Festival is taking part in Acció Cinema, an initiative that promotes audiovisual media as a tool for social transformation and the defense of human rights. This year, the project is launching an open call for young people interested in music, audiovisual creation, and global cultures to participate in a creative workshop to document a session exploring music as a space for memory, identity, and resistance. This intercultural, critical, and participatory space connects local communities, Afro-descendant collectives, and youth to articulate a decolonial perspective on music as a driver of change. In this edition, the project focuses on Nigeria and the globalization of its musical heritage. If you are between 16 and 25 years old, apply to join the creative team that will film and document the activity and its key figures (musicians, activists, filmmakers…).

The activity is free of charge (registration required) and includes:
