Every Monday this summer, from July 6 to August 31, the In-Edit Festival and Sala Apolo invite you on a journey through Latin rhythms and club culture. The Apolo’s La (3) is transformed into an open-air cinema to trace a journey that will take you from Santo Domingo to Cali, Rotterdam, Caracas, or Mataró, through musical documentaries exploring scenes, sounds, and communities from around the world.
The month of July kicks off with a selection of films that delve into the world of dembow, cumbia, salsa, and reggaeton, discovering their roots, stories, and cultural impact. Each screening will be preceded by a DJ set inspired by the film’s sound world, turning each screening into an experience that goes beyond the screen.
