The participation of the In-Edit Festival in Marseille is part of a collaboration with the Music & Cinema Marseille festival and the Music for Film program at La Satis, which has developed Regards Croisés, an international film composition residency that brings together students from five European institutions, including the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC).
Over ten days, participants have worked on the creation of a collective piece that will be presented in the format of a cinematic concert with an orchestra made up of musicians from the Conservatoire Pierre Barbizet in Marseille on April 2.
The inclusion of ESMUC in this project stems from In-Edit LAB and is the result of the collaboration initiated in 2025 between In-Edit Barcelona and Music & Cinema Marseille, thus consolidating new avenues of international cooperation in the field of audiovisual and musical creation and the promotion of local talent.
